We ship all items by USPS Priority or First Class mail, depending on the weight and size of the product.

First Class mail - Usually arrives within 4 to 6 business days from day of shipment.

Priority mail - Usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days from day of shipment.

At this time we don't offer Express shipping, and we don't ship products out on weekdays or holidays. Handling time can be checked on every product page in the shipping and handling information.

Nigmo Inc. is not responsible for carrier transit time. Due to holidays or weather conditions, delivery time may vary.

We provide tracking for all shipment. Tracking information will be sent through PayPal or to e-mail within two days of a purchase.

We offer 14 days return/exchange policy with no questions asked. However; returns must be made within 14 days from delivery date.
